Valentines Day Gifts

Valentines gifts for the grandchildren finally came together. 

I had knit a pom-pom scarf for Iris quite a few years ago, and while I was at it, I made two. So Julia got the second one this year. [picture to come]

Valentin got a new outfit (which is probably too big for him) which I embellished with a machine embroidered train. I researched tutorials for machine embroidery on knits and had to get a ballpoint needle. It turned out great. This is another design from designsbyjuju.com.
