Cross stitch anniversary card

Here's a cross stitch anniversary card I made for Leslie and Anders.

This one was for Emelie and Matthias' anniversary.

Husky sweatshirt

Merwin needed a new sweatshirt and this is the style he likes, so I machine embroideried a Washington Husky on it for him.

Machine embroidery Valentine ornaments

Here are some Valentine ornaments I will be hanging on the stone behind our gas stove. The machine embroidery designs are Mehndi Hearts from Designs by JuJu. I stitched them on white felt with silver flecks, stitching one forward and one backward then sewing the two pieces together and stuffing them.

St. Patrick's Day table decor

These are the St. Patrick's Day placemats, centerpiece and napkins.

I used a Celtic Twist pattern for the placemats, changing the
dimensions to make the size I wanted.

This machine embroidery design is another one from
KreativeKiwi.com.

I found these shamrocks
on QVC. I'm not sure the
color is right, but if I find something
better, these will be nice to sit
somewhere else in the house.
The lights are on a timer.

Valentine table decor

With the COVID pandemic keeping us at home on Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day when we otherwise probably would have gone out for dessert and to the pub, respectively, I found myself wishing I had more décor for those celebrations.  I didn't have them ready for 2020, but these will be ready for 2021 Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day. Both focus fabrics were ones I used for Sonja and Julia's pillowcases. I love the fabric (from JoAnns). The solid coordinating fabrics are also from JoAnns. I originally planned to make these reversible with Valentine on one side and shamrocks on the other side. When they were ready to sandwich for quilting, I realized I couldn't decide on a quilting design that I would be happy with on both sides, so I quilted them separately.

This centerpiece is a machine
embroidery design from
KreativeKiwi.com. It stitched out
beautifully and I will be using more
designs from them.
