I used this tutorial to make an art smock for Julia. It will be her birthday present later this month. I wanted to make the neck a little smaller, so I cut a slit in the back to allow for room to slip over her head. I also put ties on the sides rather than using Velcro. Cute oilcloth for children's items is a little scarce, but I did fine this cute cat print. It was pretty soft and supple compared to other oilcloths too. I hope to get a picture of Julia wearing it to add later.
