God's Eye wall hanging

This wall hanging was made with God's Eyes made by Leslie's family on our camping trip in 2021. I finally hung them on this driftwood I found in Lake Chelan in September, 2023.

Hand-print wreaths

In December of 2021, Julia, Valentin and I made hand-print wreaths which they hung on their bedroom doors. I'm still looking for pictures of them.

Ceramic painting

Gnomore Cookies cookie plates painted at Mindy's in November of 2021, gifted for Christmas, 2022 to Leslie and Emelie's families. As I recall, Merwin did most of the painting on the left plate, and I did most of it on the right plate.

Hair scrunchie

November, 2021:

I made a hair scrunchie with Iris with fabric purchased at the Sewart, AK quilt shop. We used the burrito-style tutorial: How to Make a Scrunchie - DIY Fastest and Easiest Method - YouTube

Christmas cards (2021) and tuck-ins

It's been a while since I've blogged here, and I've completed many craft projects in the meantime. I waited to report Christmas gifts until they had been received, and that led to many months of procrastination!

To begin with, I want to show the 2021 Christmas cards I made for a forum group exchange. The moose silhouettes were made on my embroidery machine and then affixed to cardstock. In addition, as tuck-ins in each card I made these little gift-card hangers using decorative ribbon.
